PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. (J Trust Bank) launched the new features J TRUST NET Individual and internet banking mobile version J TRUST MOBILE at J Trust Bank Headquarter, Jakarta on Wednesday, August 21, 2019.
The launching event was attended by President Director of J Trust Bank Ritsuo Fukadai, Director Helmi A. Hidayat, Felix I. Hartadi, Cho Won June, and Bijono Waliman, and EVP Masayoshi Kobayashi, Ong Pey Fang, and Rayendra Prasetya.
"J Trust Bank continues to innovate in order to improve technology-based banking services. This is our commitment and J Trust Group as the company's shareholders to provide hassle free, convenience, and secure banking transactions for our loyal customers," said President Director of J Trust Bank Ritsuo Fukadai.
J TRUST NET Individual is an internet banking service that can be accessed by customers through internet browsers. Meanwhile, J TRUST MOBILE is the mobile version of internet banking that can be accessed through application that can be downloaded from Google Play and App Store.
The uniqueness of J TRUST NET Individual and J TRUST MOBILE are that J Trust Bank customers can access both services using only one user ID. Customers can check balances, transfer, pay bills, top up, State Revenue Module (MPN), and top up various digital wallets, such as OVO, Gopay, and LinkAja through both services.
