Jakarta December 23 2021. In welcoming and interpreting Christmas, J Trust Bank shared the love of celebrating Christmas at the Vicentius Orphanage, Central Jakarta. On this occasion, J Trust Bank assisted in the form of basic needs such as rice and equipment, children's reading books entitled " J Trust's Best Friend Stories" and 311 Christmas gifts for male and female orphans.
The atmosphere of the Christmas celebration was greeted with joy by the orphanage children, they were very happy to receive Christmas gifts. They work together and are passionate about organizing and distributing it to all the children living in the orphanage. Some children couldn't wait to read the book J Trust's Best Friend Stories story which tells about morals and good behavior for children through six J Trust characters, namely Jaya, Tobi, and Ratna the Sumatran tiger who are strong and happy to be friends, Ulfa the compassionate orangutan, Sangga the Komodo dragon who likes to help, and Tiara the Javan rhino who is active and agile.

On June 30, 1947, the Vincentius Association of Jakarta established the Putera Village Orphanage. The goal is to accommodate abandoned children and homeless children who are victims of the war of independence. This orphanage was entrusted to Brother Budi Mulia (BM) and occupies a house in the Srengseng Sawah complex, Pasar Minggu.
Batavia's Vincentius Vereeniging was officially changed to Perhimpunan Vincentius Jakarta on March 31, 1950. Since then the Vincentius Orphanage has given priority to services for orphans and neglected children, after that only orphans or children from broken homes and people with other social problems.
