In addition to providing 50 sets of student uniforms and 4 sets of teacher uniforms, J Trust Bank also held an activity in the form of a coloring competition which was attended by 52 PAUD students aged 3 – 5 years. The theme is “Creativity of Independent Children, Inspiration for the Future,” with the hope of fostering a spirit of learning and creativity from an early age in children.
Chairman of SAPA Foundation Supian, S.Ud. expressed his gratitude to J Trust Bank for its support for early childhood education in Scavenger Village, Bintara Jaya. SAPA Indonesia PAUD was established in 2021 as an educational facility initiated by education volunteers to ensure that scavenger children have access to learning and playing.
“However, to ease the burden on parents, we do not require school uniforms. We are grateful for the support from J Trust Bank in the form of school uniforms for students and teachers, of course this adds to our motivation to realize inclusive education for all children, including scavenger children,” Supian explained.
On the same occasion, Corporate Secretary Division Head J Trust Bank, Ridyawan Amnar said that J Trust Bank is well aware that children are valuable assets for the future of the nation. Therefore, J Trust Bank is committed to playing an active role in improving the quality of education for Indonesian children, especially children from underprivileged groups, so that they can grow into a smart and competitive future generation.
