Jakarta, March 18, 2023. J Trust Bank appreciates the efforts of the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of the South Jakarta Administrative City to increase the potential of Kedung Gede Tourism Village, Lenteng Agung, Jagakarsa through a variety of tourism and creative arts activities. Increasing the potential of tourism villages is expected to be able to empower the community's economy by opening business opportunities for communities around the location.
Located near the Ciliwung river, Kedung Gede Tourism Village seeks to preserve one of these historic rivers. Not only that, but the Kedung Gede Tourism Awareness Group also makes use of the river as one of its tourism activities called Wandering the River, which is an activity along the river using a rubber boat with a maximum capacity of 6 people.
To support this, J Trust Bank handed over assistance in the form of a boat (boat) and its safety equipment to Kedung Gede Tourism Village. At the handover ceremony, J Trust Bank handed it over to the Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Sub-agency for the South Jakarta Administrative City, Rus Suharto.
On another agenda, J Trust Bank also enlivened the implementation of SpoGomi Indonesia, namely a sports activity by picking up trash which was first initiated by the Japanese state. The implementation of SpoGomi Indonesia was attended by 33 teams which went lively and managed to deliver 1 winning team that will represent Indonesia to take part in the SpoGomi World Cup in Tokyo Japan in November 2023.
