PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. (J Trust Bank) organized Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at Sakura Function Hall, Sahid Sudirman Center, Central Jakarta, February 11, 2019. The shareholders approved to reinforce the temporary dismissal of Mr Ritsuo Ando and Mr Haryanto Budi Purnomo from their position as the Directors of J Trust Bank which has been effective since January 1, 2019.
