Notes

  1. SBDK is determined by Bank based on various factors, including the reference interest rate set by regulators, cost of funds, overhead costs, profit margins, and economic conditions.
  2. SBDK above does not include the calculation of the estimated risk premium component of which depends on the Bank's risk assessment for each debtor or group of debtors. Thus, the credit interest rate charged to debtors is not necessarily the same as the prime lending rate.
  3. SBDK for consumer loan other than Housing Loan (non- KPR) does not include for Credit Card and Unsecured Loan (KTA).
  4. SBDK information that is valid can be seen at any time in publications at each Bank office and/or the Bank's website.
