This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to all personal information collected by or submitted to JTrust Bank, whether offline and/or online including but not limited to personal information collected or submitted through websites, applications, and/or through other means ("Personal Data"). By continuing to access and use the application, the customer or user of J MOBILE is deemed to have agreed to all provisions in this Privacy Policy.

Collection and Management of Personal Data
JTrust Bank obtains and collects identifiable and/or identifiable data independently or in combination with other information either directly or indirectly through the use of J MOBILE services. All personal data / information collected by Bank JTrust from the activity of using J MOBILE will be processed by the Bank in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations for the purpose of processing Transactions, managing and expediting the use process of customers or users of J MOBILE, as well as other purposes as long as they do not conflict with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. Full name, place and date of birth, mother's maiden name, residential address, home and mobile phone numbers, e-mail address,
- Socio-demographic information
Gender, nationality, marital status and number of dependents,
- Identity document
Identity card, passport, taxpayer identification number, family card, child identification card, driver's license,
- Education and employment information
Last education, job type, job title, company name, office address and telephone number, length of service,
- Financial information
Income and source of funds information, copies of bank statements, asset information, credit history including credit card information and other credit obligations,
- Transaction information
Time, location and amount of incoming/outgoing transactions, details of recipient/sender of funds
- Biometric information
Fingerprints or facial images collected for identification and verification purposes
- Digital information
- Information about your location provided through J Trust Bank's technology using details such as IP address or GPS sensors
- Data in the form of time from each of your activities in connection with the use of J Trust Bank digital services including registration, login and transaction times
- Information collected through cookies, pixel tags or similar technologies when you access J Trust Bank websites or applications (e.g. other party sites/services you used prior to interacting with J Trust Bank Services, search results and browsing history, online habits, interests and preferences, selected settings)
- Device data including hardware model, operating system and version, software, IP address, WI-FI or mobile network information that you use to access the J Trust Bank Services
- Location information, photos, voice, contacts, call list, biometric data (fingerprint or facial image for authentication) where permitted on your device. J Trust Bank never scans or captures photos in the album and/or camera on your device.
- Call log information, such as your phone number, calling party number, redirect number, call time and date, call duration, SMS routing information, and call type, for each phone number used to call J Trust Bank.
- Pictures, video recordings and or recordings of your conversations with us in terms of opening banking facilities and / or in the form of complaints and other matters;
- Information from your device used to access the Bank's services or applications such as camera, contact list, application list and usage statistics, location, device information and network attributes;
- The use of contacts is done to facilitate input during purchase and payment to the mobile number on the customer's device;
- The use of cameras is used to validate selfies by customers who register in order to fulfill the Know Your Customer (KYC) aspect for account opening. In addition, the camera is used to capture images for the QRIS payment feature;
- The use of images is to validate the NIK inputted by the customer during registration in order to fulfill the Know Your Customer (KYC) aspect for account opening. In addition, images can be used to upload images for the QRIS payment feature.
- Interaction information CCTV recordings in the J Trust Bank environment, recordings of Contact Center telephone conversations, transcripts of conversations through J Trust Bank communication media including Whatsapp, e-mail, and social media.
- Processed informationInformation obtained from the processing of your data including but not limited to profiling of your J Trust Bank Services usage activities.
- Other informationOther Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations

Use of Personal Data
J NET & J NET BUSINESS guarantees that there will be no disclosure, sale, transfer, distribution and/or lending of Personal Data of customers or J NET & J NET BUSINESS users to other third parties, without the consent of J NET & J NET BUSINESS customers or users, except as long as permitted by applicable laws and regulations and other purposes as follows:
- Processing all forms of requests, activities and transactions made by customers or users through J MOBILE.
- Make efforts to provide, realize, develop, and/or improve products and services and security of J MOBILE.
- Conduct monitoring and investigation of Transactions that are suspicious, indicated to contain fraud, violate these Terms and Conditions and / or applicable legal provisions, and take the necessary actions as a follow-up to the results of monitoring or investigating the Transaction.
- Fulfill the obligations of applicable laws and regulations and/or requests of authorized regulators, including but not limited to in the event of legal disputes related to the use of J MOBILE data leakage, and taxation interests.

Disclosure of Personal Data
- The Application guarantees no disclosure, sale, transfer, distribution and/or lending of Personal Data of customers or users of J MOBILE to other third parties, without the consent of the customers or users of J MOBILE except to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations and other purposes as follows:
- Assist in presenting the services available and/or services that will be available in the future on J MOBILE and process all forms of customer or user activities on J MOBILE, including but not limited to Transactions, payment verification, promotions, and product delivery;
- Communicate between J MOBILE business partners and J MOBILE customers or users in terms of resolving obstacles and other matters;
- Market, publicize, improve and maintain the quality of J MOBILE;
- Perform data processing for and on behalf of J MOBILE; and
- Complying with legal obligations and/or valid requests from law enforcement officials or authorized state administration agencies.
- In connection with the disclosure of Personal Data of customers or users of J MOBILE as described above J MOBILE will/may need to disclose Personal Data of customers or users of J MOBILE to other parties such as consultants, its subsidiaries and affiliates, agents, affiliates, and/or other third parties located within and/or outside Indonesia. However, such third party service providers, agents, affiliates and/or other third parties will only manage and/or utilize the Personal Data of the customers or users of J MOBILE in connection with one or more purposes as set out in this provision and in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing laws and regulations.

Period of Time
Period of processing Personal Data
The Bank has the right to process Personal Data as long as the customer or J MOBILE user is a customer of the Bank, and/or there is a request from an authorized agency to end the processing of Personal Data.
Retention period of Personal Data
With the consent of the customer or user of J MOBILE, the data obtained by the Bank will be stored for a period determined by the Bank. The customer or J MOBILE user has the right to at any time request the withdrawal of consent and deletion of his/her Personal Data, provided that the customer or J MOBILE user has stopped using the services of the customer or J MOBILE user.
Statement and Agreement
- That the information / personal data provided to the Bank is true and valid data, therefore the customer or user of J MOBILE grants the Bank to obtain, collect, process, analyze, store, display, announce, transmit, disseminate, delete and destroy in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations;
- That the customer or user of J MOBILE has read, understood and agreed to all provisions contained in this privacy policy which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions in all Bank electronic services;
- Release the Bank from all claims, damages and/or claims in connection with the failure of the Bank's service transaction processing, which is caused by inaccurate/incorrect personal information/data that the customer or J MOBILE provides to the Bank;
- That the customer or user of J MOBILE has given consent, permission and authority to the Bank to collect, use, disclose process, manage and provide access to personal information/data to partners/third parties for the purposes referred to above.
