As a commitment to realize our service value, namely Customer First, to improve the comfort and security in banking service, starting 17 June 2024, J Trust Bank will replace the existing electronic banking systems (Internet Banking for Business, Internet Banking for Individual & J Trust Mobile).
These are a number of important things we would like to inform you:
1. Replacement of Internet Banking & J Trust Mobile
Customer may follow the guidelines provided by J Trust Bank to download and use the new application. The replacement does not reduce the quality of our financial service.
Download J Mobile via Google Playstore or Appstore to access J Trust Bank digital service.
2. Change of Internet Banking URL
Change of internet Banking Individual Address:

New Address : https://jnet.jtrustbank.co.id/eb-personal/
Change of internet Banking Corporate Address:
Current Address : https://www.jtrustnet.com/corp/

Above URL will be available starting 17 June 2024.
3. Changing Token of Internet Banking Business
Due to the change, customers that are currently using internet banking Business, please pick up the new token at the branch where customer open the account.
