J Trust Bank Holds Enterpreneurship and Financial Literacy Training for SMEs

Jakarta, October 25 - 27, 2021. PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) in collaboration with Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat (the Central Jakarta City Administration) held an “Integrated Entrepreneurship Development Collaborative Training”. This activity was officially opened by Mrs. Ucu Jamilah as Ketua Penggerak PKK Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat (the Chairperson of the PKK Movers for the Central Jakarta Administration). This training is focusing on the entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy from J Trust Bank supported by the Buku Kas application. The training participants are SMEs assisted by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which are gathered under the Jakpreneur community.

 

The training entitled “Recycle-Reuse Textile Waste and Financial Literacy aims to:

 

  1. Utilizing textile waste into useful goods with economic value and reducing the accumulation of textile waste in the sea
  2. Capacity building of sewing business actors to have skills in processing textile waste so that it becomes an environmentally friendly business
  3. Improving the knowledge and understanding of SMEs in business and financial management
  4. Partnership with Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat to ensure the sustainability of the training participants' businesses, such as promoting (online and offline), mentoring, and business licenses.

 

This activity also collaborates with Fashion and Education practitioner Mrs. Lily Mariasari Wijaya, who focuses on developing human resources through textile products that promote local wisdom.
