Jakarta, June 28, 2024 – In order to celebrate World Blood Donor Day which falls on June 14, J Trust Bank organized a blood donation activity in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Central Jakarta City, Sahid Sudirman Center Building Management, Cushman & Wakefield, China Construction Bank, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur, Akulaku Finance, Henan Asset Management, PT Triaya Pratama Futures, and PT Buwana Mitra Semesta (Teh 63), supported by ARSA Indonesia. This activity took place on June 26, 27, & 28, 2024, and was attended by more than 600 donor participants.
The activity, themed ‘Donate Blood for Humanity’, emphasizes a shared commitment to promoting awareness of the importance of donating blood for humanity, ensuring sufficient blood supply to support public health, and building a spirit of solidarity among others.
The blood donation event, which is routinely held twice a year, has become an important part of the company’s culture, especially in J Trust Bank’s Social Pillar CSR activities to make a positive contribution to the society. On this occasion, participants also received vitamins and a number of souvenirs as a form of appreciation for their participation in donating blood.
