Jakarta, October 6, 2022. PT Bank JTrust Indonesia, Tbk (J Trust Bank) conducted a Cooperation Agreement for Heavy Equipment Financing Thursday, October 6, 2022. The signing of the cooperation was carried out by the President Director of J Trust Bank Ritsuo Fukadai accompanied by the Business Director of J Trust Bank Widjaja Hendra and Finance Director of PT United Tractors Tbk Iwan Hardiantoro at the Sahid Sudirman Center, Jakarta.
J Trust Bank welcomes the collaboration with PT United Tractor, a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk (“Astra”), one of Indonesia's largest and leading business groups. PT United Tractors Tbk has become a major player in the construction machinery, mining contractor, mining, construction, and energy industries.
As the Covid-19 pandemic conditions recover in Indonesia, J Trust Bank is optimistic that the construction, mining, and plantation sectors will bounce back. In response to this, J Trust Bank strengthened its commercial segment credit portfolio through a cooperation scheme with suppliers for Heavy Equipment Investment Loan products with very competitive features, affordable interest rates, and financing terms of up to 5 years.
As of August 2022, the Commercial & Small Medium Enterprise (CSME) segment is again the main contributor to J Trust Bank's business growth. The CSME segment grew by Rp1.62 trillion or increased by 32% from its position in December 2021. The increase in the loan portfolio was particularly evident in the manufacturing, mining, and quarrying industries, as well as agriculture, forestry, and fisheries.
