PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (J Trust Bank) won an award in the "Innovative KPR Product" category at the 18th Indonesia Property & Bank Award event held at the Raffles Hotel Jakarta on Monday 20 May 2024. Present to receive the award President Director of J Trust Bank, Ritsuo Fukadai accompanied by Business Director of J Trust Bank, Widjaja Hendra.
Since 2020, J Trust Bank has continued to encourage the performance of its mortgage or Home Ownership Credit (KPR) business line with optimism that it can target 10% of the total distribution of new mortgages in the banking industry. To accommodate this plan, J Trust Bank is building partnerships by collaborating with large housing developers with housing projects located in Jabodetabek and several other big cities in Indonesia, including environmentally friendly housing projects.
President Director of J Trust Bank, Ritsuo Fukadai explained "J Trust Bank has prepared a low interest mortgage program, starting from 2.95% fixed rate for 1 year with applicable conditions. "Our mortgage tenor is also available up to 30 years as a form of J Trust Bank's support for the millennial and Gen Z age groups or first home buyers."
