J TRUST ASIA Acquired 60% Stake in Olympindo Multi Finance

One of J Trust Co.,Ltd. subsidiary, J TRUST ASIA PTE. LTD. acquired 60% stake of PT Oympindo Multi Finance (OMF) from the owner, Mr. Ang Andi Bintoro and his families.

 

The signing ceremony held on Friday, April 20th at Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel, Jakarta and attended by CEO J Trust Co.,Ltd. & Managing Director J TRUST ASIA Nobuyoshi Fujisawa, owner & President Commissioner OMF Ang Andi Bintoro, Director J TRUST ASIA Shigeyoshi Asano, President Director PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. (J Trust Bank) Ritsuo Ando, President Director OMF Yudi Gustiawan, and Director OMF Meilyana Bintoro.

 

The acquisition is part of the J Trust Group’s growth strategy, to expand its financial business in Southeast Asia. Following by South Korea, having OMF as a subsidiary of J Trust Group, three business segments are also built in Indonesia which consist of banking (J Trust Bank), purchasing and collecting receivables (J Trust Investment Indonesia), and financing company (OMF).
